Hub info
- Select Devices from the left menu and select Hubs.
Select the Hub and click the three dots to select Hub Settings from the dropdown or click the Hub name and click the Settings gear icon in the Hub name.
- In the Hub Info tab, you can see detailed information about the Hub, including:
- Serial Number
- Firmware Version
- Model
- Hub Name
- Power Status
- Creation Date
- Status (e.g., Active)
- Connection Status (e.g., Online)
- An option to reboot the Hub
- You can update the Hub name by editing the Name field and clicking the Update button.
Setting the site
You will see options to assign the Hub to a Site.
- Assign Site:
- Site Field: Click on the dropdown menu next to the Site field to view a list of available sites.
- Site Name: Select the desired Site for the Hub from the list of available sites.
- Site Field: Click on the dropdown menu next to the Site field to view a list of available sites.
- Save Changes:
- After making your selections, click the Update button to save the changes.
Camera
You can view the cameras connected to this Hub.
Camera Setup
- Select Devices from the left menu and select Hubs. Select the Hub you want to configure.
- From the Hub Setting section, click on Camera Setup; you can configure image settings for all the cameras connected to this Hub.
- Pan/Tilt/Rotate Arrowhead Control
- Arrowheads: Click to pan and tilt the camera to the position required.
- Use the arrows to rotate the image right or left.
- Hardware Zoom
- Zoom Slider: Use the slider to adjust the hardware zoom level of the camera. The available range is 1X to 3X.
- Drag the slider to the desired zoom level.
- Zoom Slider: Use the slider to adjust the hardware zoom level of the camera. The available range is 1X to 3X.
- Orientation
- Mirror/Flip/Auto Rotate
- Mirror: Change the left-right orientation of the image (horizontal).
- Flip: Change the vertical orientation of the image.
- Auto Rotate: Use this to rotate the image based on the cameras position; for example, if the view is upside down it will be corrected.

- Corridor Mode
Toggle Corridor Mode to switch the camera to portrait orientation
Useful for hallways, aisles, and narrow spaces
- Region of Interest (ROI)
Click the Region of Interest icon at the top right
Draw a region directly on the camera preview
Analytics events will trigger only within the selected area, reducing false alerts
Regions can be edited, disabled, or removed at any time
- Analytics Settings
Available Analytics Types:
Person Detection – Detects and records events involving human presence
Animal Detection – Detects and records events involving animals
Vehicle Detection – Detects and records events involving vehicles
Face Recognition – Detects and records events involving faces
Enable/Disable Analytics:
Check the box next to an analytics type to enable it
Uncheck the box to disable it
- Date and Time (OSD):
- Select the location of the date and time on the image.
- Top Left: The OSD displays in the top left corner of the image.
- Top Right: The OSD displays in the top right corner of the image.
- Bottom Left: The OSD displays in the bottom left corner of the image.
- Bottom Right: The OSD displays in the bottom right corner of the image.
- Select the location of the date and time on the image.
- Camera Name (OSD):
Enable or disable the camera name overlay
Select display position (top/bottom, left/right)
The camera name will be included in recordings and exported video when enabled
- Pan/Tilt/Rotate Arrowhead Control
The settings will be applied immediately, and the camera feed will update accordingly.
Network
The Hub Network Settings are managed here; toggle DHCP On or Off.
RTSP
- Select Devices from the left menu and select Hubs. Select the Hub you want to configure.
- From the Hub Settings, select RTSP tab to open the RTSP settings panel.
Enabling/disabling RTSP
- Toggle Switch: Located at the top right corner of the RTSP settings panel, this switch allows you to enable or disable RTSP streaming. Toggle it to On to enable or Off to disable the RTSP service.
User credentials
- User: This field shows the username required for RTSP streaming.
- Password: This field displays the password associated with the RTSP stream.
- Copy Buttons: There are Copy buttons next to both the User and Password fields. Click these to copy the respective credentials to your clipboard.
Auto generate
- Auto Generate Button: Clicking this button will generate a new password automatically. This can be useful if you need to update the password for security reasons.
URL display and management
- RTSP URL: At the bottom of the RTSP settings panel, you will see the RTSP URL toggle switch.
- Show/Hide the URL: Click this button to show/hide the RTSP URL from view, enhancing security by preventing unauthorized copying of the URL.
