The Anavio access intelligence readers physically connect to an entry in order to manage access. Entries are doors, but can also be gates, turnstiles, and elevator floors. An entry is always secured with an Anavio reader. Door Management is where you add and manage devices which are installed on entries.
To manage doors/devices select Devices from the left menu and select Doors. Then select the door from the list by clicking on the device.
Once the door/device has been selected, you will see the following screen with tabs.
- Door info: Provides general information about the device, and where you can name the device, and see live view video stream.
- Access Control: Remotely Unlocked door, keep door unlocked, or lockdown system, set relays (request to exit, door contacts, and Wiegand type configurations) and show lock/door state.
- Identification Workflow: Allows you to set rules on what credentials to use. For example, you can set an2FA - where users must present their card and then their face to authenticate.
- Image: Allows you to enable/disable (toggle ON/OFF) Publish Image Unknown Users, Publish Image Spoof Attacks, Publish Image Authenticated Users, Enable Liveness.
- Audio : Set the device's volume and audio alerts.
- Video: Allows you to enable/disable (toggle ON/OFF) Enable Live Video, Publish Video Unknown Users, Publish Video Spoof Attacks, Publish Video Authenticated Users, Draw Focus Area, Draw Face Stats.
- Notification: Allows you to enable/disable (toggle ON/OFF) Enable Send Push Notifications.
- Network : Set DHCP or static IP, gateway, and netmask configurations.
- RTSP: Allows you to enable RTSP using the toggle button ON/OFF. User shows the username required for RTSP streaming. Password displays the password associated with the RTSP stream. Copy buttons next to these fields; click them to copy the credentials to your clipboard. Auto Generate: Clicking this button generates a new password automatically, useful to update the password for security reasons. The RTSP URL displays at the bottom of the page. Click the button to Show/Hide the URL using the toggle button ON/OFF; this enhances security by preventing unauthorized copying of the URL.
- Schedules: View what schedules are assigned to this door/device.
Set a custom door/device name - this is helpful to quickly identify and report on the device. (e.g., Front Door, Lobby, Elevator etc.)
- Go to the Door Info tab.
- Enter the custom name in the Name box and click update.
Remote access and door control
Unlock door remotely
- From the Dashboard, select Door Control.
- Click on the Unlock button to unlock the door.
Keep door unlocked
- Go to Devices on the left menu and select Doors.
- Select the door/device from the list.
- Click to Access Control.
- Toggle the Keep Door Unlocked Selection to On/Off.
- To save click on Update.
Lockdown door
- Go to Devices on the left menu and select Doors.
- Select the door/device from the list.
- Click to Access Control.
- Toggle the Lockdown Door Selection to On/Off.
- To save click on Update.
