Groups allow you to manage large groups of users easily. You can create a group and grant it permissions that will apply to all group members. 

To add a group 

1. Click the menu button in the top right corner. 
2. Select Groups. 
3. Click on Add Group. 
4. Add the name of the group (e.g., Management, Engineering, Night Crew). 
5. Add a description for the group. 
6. Click Create.
