Groups allow you to manage large groups of users easily. You can create a group and grant it permissions that will apply to all group members. 

To add a Group 

1. Go to Settings 
2. Select Groups 
3. Click on Add Group 
4. Add the name of the group (e.g., Management, Engineering, Night Crew) 
5. Add a description for the group 
6. Click Create
