Overview

The app’s notification system keeps you informed about important updates, maintenance, and system changes in real time. Notifications appear inside the application so you can stay up to date.

System notification types

• Alerts about backend or UI updates, new features, or service interruptions.

• Notifications when new firmware is installed on devices.

• Updates about planned maintenance or service downtime.

• Information about new features or enhancements.

• Notices about outages or third-party service issues.

How notifications work

• Notifications appear inside the app; notifications from the last 7 days are available and then will clear automatically.

  

  

• User can turn off notifications in Account settings.

  

• You can view, dismiss or mark as read notifications anytime in the Notification Center.
